I am a new patient. My first experience was my very first implant. Dr Petrosino has been wonderful. I have been putting off this procedure for years. If only I knew the ease this office offers for the implant, I would not have dreaded the whole idea. One stop expert professional care is all a patient is looking to find. The friendly, capable, courteous staff is an added bonus. The clean comfortable office suite is just a little perk. Did I mention absolutely no pain or discomfort?!

For most of our patients, a dental exam and cleaning will take about an hour. We’ll begin by asking you about any problems and possibly taking a set of X-rays. Your dental hygienist will then look over your mouth and perform a thorough teeth cleaning. Finally, your dentist will perform a complete dental exam and make any recommendations needed for a healthy smile.
In general, we recommend that a patient come in every six months for a dental exam and cleaning. Routine checkups allow us the chance to keep an eye on your oral health and provide early treatment for any problems we spot. You may need to visit us more often if you’re susceptible to gum disease.
Your regular checkups are designed to uncover any dental problems you may have as well as get your teeth sparkling clean. We may take a set of X-rays, then your hygienist will look over your teeth and gums, noting any problem areas. They will then perform a thorough teeth cleaning to remove plaque, tartar, and bacteria. Your dentist will then do a complete exam and recommend any needed treatment.
